Most owners corporation committees are made up of volunteers who manage complex governance responsibilities alongside their everyday lives. Without specialist knowledge, it can be difficult to know whether your manager is truly delivering value, or whether compliance gaps have quietly accumulated.
The OC Hub fills that gap. We provide expert, independent reviews so your committee has the full picture before making any decisions about your management arrangement.
Whether you are approaching a contract renewal, experiencing service concerns, or simply want to benchmark your manager’s performance, our review gives you the clarity and confidence to act.

Consultancy FAQs
Common questions committees ask before starting a management review.
A review can be undertaken at any time, but the ideal window is around six months before your management contract expires. This gives your committee time to assess performance, negotiate improved terms, or, if necessary, run a tender process before committing to a new contract.
A review can be conducted with or without your manager’s knowledge. That said, involving the manager often leads to better outcomes, as many managers respond with improved pricing or service commitments when they know a review is underway.
Most reviews are completed within 4 to 6 weeks. If your committee requires an urgent review, for example ahead of an AGM or contract decision, a faster turnaround may be possible.
Not necessarily. We recommend completing the review first to determine whether a change of manager is warranted. Many committees find the review itself is enough to negotiate improvements, saving the time and complexity of a full tender process.
Yes. Fee structures, disbursements, insurance commissions and service provider contracts are all areas where savings may be identified during a management review.
Our focus is on serving the owners corporation, not facilitating a change of manager. We give committees an objective picture of their current situation and the tools to make informed decisions, whether that means staying with their manager or seeking change.
